Built for a coach to hand to a single client. Between sessions it asks briefly and kindly about what was eaten and what was trained, keeps the record tidy, and at the close of each week hands the coach a summary of how the seven days actually went. The coaching itself stays with the human.

General guidance for life bots
Personal bots may request calendar, inbox, location, health, or household context. Connect only the minimum accounts needed for the job.
What a template shares
Adding a template creates an independent copy of the Bot on your account. A template can bundle instructions, selected memories, skills, routines, and first-party integrations — it never carries the creator's conversation history, signed-in sessions, API keys, or custom MCP servers.
How adding a template worksWe confirmed that the URL uses the official x.ai domain, has a valid public-template shape, and returned successfully on the date shown. We have not certified every instruction, connected tool, or future edit. Review the live configuration before granting access.
