It only runs when you ask, so it only uses your plan's allowance when you use it.

General guidance for life bots
Personal bots may request calendar, inbox, location, health, or household context. Connect only the minimum accounts needed for the job.
Name any dish and get a ready-to-cook recipe workbook from a well-regarded source, with servings that scale, a grocery list and source notes. It saves to a Google Sheet or a local .xlsx file, in your choice of US or metric units.
Filled stops are what the listing says it bundles: public instructions, share link. The live configuration on x.ai is the source of truth. Works with Google Drive.
Adding a template is free. Running it isn't: every run draws from your Grok Bot plan's weekly usage pool, and past that you pay from prepaid credit.
This one runs when you ask, so you control the spend. Long multi-step jobs still use more than quick ones.
